How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email liftwithandi@gmail.com with:
your order number
your full name
the items you wish to return
the reason for your return
Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
LWA is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
EXCHANGES

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.

Shipping Info
Shipping is free for all Canadian orders. Any orders outside of Canada, shipping fees are added at checkout based upon delivery location.
All items are shipped using Canada Post and will include a tracking number for your use.
